Aia Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Rules
Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or using any service on aia. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and the aia platform. By accessing the platform, you are deemed to have accepted all of these terms. Last updated: 1 January 2026.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the aia platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in full. You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Aia reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify you in advance through your registered contact details. These terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and are effective as of that date.
Account Creation & Security
To create an account with aia, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each individual may hold only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Choose a strong password at registration and never share it with anyone. Valid identification such as a National ID or passport will be required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process.
Registration Terms
- Providing your correct full name, date of birth, and address is mandatory.
- An active Bangladeshi mobile number is required.
- Identity verification must be completed using a valid national ID card or passport.
- Providing incorrect or false information will result in account suspension.
Account Security
- Keep your login credentials strictly confidential.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
- Sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts are non-transferable.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users are expected to conduct themselves responsibly while using the aia platform. Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or make unauthorized modifications to the platform's systems or software is strictly prohibited and constitutes a punishable offense. Fraudulent activity, cyberbullying, or inappropriate behavior directed at other users will result in immediate account termination.
Permitted Activities
- Playing games and placing bets for lawful purposes.
- Promotions and bonuses must be used in accordance with the applicable terms.
- Please communicate with the support team courteously.
- All transactions must be conducted from your own account.
Prohibited Activities
- Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse or fraudulent claims.
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
If any fraudulent activity is detected, aia reserves the right to permanently close the associated account and forfeit the related balance without prior notice. Information may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities if required.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the aia platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via major mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used — third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.
Deposit Policy
- Minimum deposit amounts apply as per the specified terms.
- Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
- Specific conditions must be met to qualify for promotional bonuses.
- Suspicious deposits may be held for verification.
Withdrawal Policy
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal.
- Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
- Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawal requests may not be cancellable once submitted.
Aia processes all transactions through verified payment gateways. A record of every transaction is retained and will serve as conclusive evidence in the event of a dispute. If you encounter any issue with a transaction, please contact our support team within 24 hours.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
The aia platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. aia will not be liable for any loss resulting from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues. The platform bears no responsibility for problems caused by a user's own device or network. Users are solely responsible for any financial losses arising from gaming, and aia is under no obligation to provide compensation of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aia's total liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the preceding 30 days. aia accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
All content on the aia platform — including logos, designs, software, graphics, text, and other materials — is fully protected under the intellectual property rights of aia or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any of these materials for commercial purposes.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any part of the platform will result in legal action. Users are granted limited access to the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
Third-Party Links & Services
The aia platform may contain links to third-party game providers, payment processors, and other services. These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which are beyond aia's control. aia is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party services.
For technical issues with third-party game software, users should contact the relevant game provider directly. aia may act as an intermediary in such cases, though ultimate liability rests with the third party.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Aia reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances: breach of terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or instruction from a regulatory authority. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team.
If an account is closed and a valid balance remains, it will be returned subject to verification. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of closure due to a breach of terms.
Terms Amendment Policy
Aia reserves the right to modify any part of these terms at any time. Users will be given at least 7 days' notice before any significant changes take effect. Notice may be provided via email, platform notification, or pop-up.
Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between aia and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
Users must notify aia in writing of any dispute or complaint within 30 days; claims raised after this period will be considered void. Should any provision of these terms be deemed unenforceable by a court, all remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
